3D Animations - Unreal Engine Architecture

3D interior design project with Unreal Engine Architecture

A client called us with a private investment project in which he needed us to advise him on interior design and visualization to create a high visual impact through social networks and real estate portals.

After two meetings to understand the best needs of our client, we decided that the best option he needed was 3d animation with Unreal Engine.

This tool that we can currently find in the market and that complements the static 3D renders marketing real estate that we can currently find in the market and that complements the static 3D renderings, manages to generate a perception of the project and a complete immersion that has not been possible so far.

Thanks to the 3d animations with unreal engine 5, we have not only been able to generate a realistic renderings, but also to create a virtual reality experience in real time to visualize the project as if it was finished.3d renderings of great realismWe have also been able to create a virtual reality experience in real time to visualize the project as if it were finished.

Thanks to this tool, which has allowed our client to show its project to potential investors from other countries, effectively showing even the smallest detail through virtual reality glasses and a custom programmed app.

We have achieved:

  • A better understanding of the architectural project.
  • Increase brand awareness by 15% with respect to other competing projects.
  • Speed up project time-to-market by 25% to 30%.
  • To position our client in the market as a reference company within the architecture sector.

Tailor-made interior design

In this case we decided to create a neo-classical space with modern touches in elements such as furniture and lighting.

In addition, we believed that the best option to give value to the project with the distribution proposed by our client, was to bet on an open kitchen with a peninsula.

In such a way that allowed us to generate a pleasant but at the same time harmonized space and that allowed us to delimit in a pleasant way the two areas of the room.

In terms of flooring, we decided on a herringbone parquet, which combines very well between classic and modern, being able to distinguish ourselves from the typical wide-slat oak parquet that is usually used in all new construction projects.
