In Lobo Studio, we have had the privilege of being able to produce a complete package of renderings, branding and website for the first tower that has been built in Escaldes - Engordany, Andorra.
A 20-story tower, with construction expected to be completed in December 2022. This project will have 61 high standing homes of up to 4 bedrooms with privileged views of the country.
It will also have 4 large commercial premises on the ground and first floor. The second floor will also have the possibility of being used as coworking or office space.

The interior design proposal
Upon receiving the order from the client, we receive the architectural project and some basic renderings, made up to that moment.
So we were entrusted with the task of creating all the visual material to market the project.
For this purpose, we conducted a socio-demographic and trend study in the interior design In this way, we were able to decipher the best and most attractive option to boost and accelerate the commercial sales of the project.
So we came to the conclusion that the most interesting interior design style was a mix between minimal and Nordic but with a touch of premium/luxury quality.
Thanks to this choice we were able to highlight the property and attract the attention of future buyers/investors visiting real estate portals to buy their new home in Andorra.
